Caldes de Montbui Total Number of Persons Helped
There is a report called R_LSC_G2 that runs and gives you those figures.
This report runs from a prompt.
Double clicking on it should bring up questions about the dates you want to run it for.
Otherwise it is a simple query.
New Query
Add the ClientsW table
Add these fields to the Grid
Dclosed Adults Children Phelped
Press the Sigma or Totals button on the ribbon bar.
Change the Total line under each for the fields, from ‘Group by’ to :
Dclosed Adults Children Phelped
Where Sum Sum Sum
On the Criteria line under Dclosed put:
Between 1/1/14 and 12/31/14.
Go to Design button and run the Query.
