Significant improvements include a QuickStart Page, satisfaction of new LSC reporting requirements, built in support for our Client Online Application System, the ability to generate multiple time sheets from one form, the ability to schedule multiple people at once on the Calendar, a Time Sheet that can be signed by staff, a way to track Travel Expenses  - the list goes on.

Just after the installation of Service Pack 1 for Office 2010, users began noticing problems with certain letters and forms within the system.  When generating a letter to the client from the Client Intake Screen, a letter for each and every case in the system would appear.  In other words, the system was no longer limiting the letter to the single client.
