New Full Tab/Page Case Notes Feature

A new feature is available for using case notes in Prime. This can be added to older versions and is included in our latest version, Prime 12.3.03. This feature provides six improvements to working with notes.

1. Notes are displayed on the full tab.

2. The original screen that comes up is in the Read mode. This means notes can be read immediately. It is easy to change the default to Edit or Add if preferred. The order of the notes can still be changed from oldest first to newest. It is also possible to use the search button.

Funding Code Analyzer

New Feature

The proper entry of funding codes is essential for offices dependant upon multiple funding sources. However, insuring the correct entry of codes has been extremely time consuming. It required the extensive training of staff and a periodic review of the entry of codes for accuracy. These codes are important for eligibility, reporting and billing purposes.

A new utility built into Prime, the Funding Code Analyzer, drastically reduces the time spent on this process. This utility can be added to older versions of Prime.

Alternate Name System

New Feature

A new feature in Prime allows a conflict check to be done on alternative first names.
It also allows checking on multiple first name(s), e.g., Billy Bob Smith.
This feature, available in version 12.3.01 of Prime, can also be easily added to any version for a nominal cost.
 

The file "PrimeAlternateName.exe" (below) demonstrates this feature more fully.

Prime Version 12.3 NOW AVAILABLE!

Prime 12.3, the latest release, has over 300 significant improvements over earlier versions. However, users can ease into the changes.

Sharing the standard interface, it adds significantly to the power of case management.
